Recipe: Healthy & delicious kale smoothie

Kokteilis su lapiniu kopūstu kale

Recipe ingredients:

– 1 handful of kale
– 1 banana
– 0.5 mango
– 2 kiwi
– 1 pear
– 1 celery stalk
– 300ml almond milk

Smoothie preparation:

Slice ingredients. Add all ingredients (except blueberries) to a high powered blender and blend until smooth, 30 seconds – 1 minute. Poor half of smoothie into a glass. Add blueberries to another half of smoothie and blend a little. Poor into another glass and enjoy 2 differrent flavors of smoothies.
