Recipe ingredients:

400g pumpkin
100g oatmeal
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
4 tablespoons almond nuts, chopped
10 whole pitted dates, chopped
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 eggs

1. Coarsely grated peeled pumpkin mix with all ingredients.

2. Let it stay for 10 minutes.

3. Spray cupcakes baking form with cooking oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

4. Put the pumpkin mixture in and squeeze it well. Bake at 180C degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool, then remove.
