Recipe: Homemade mayo
– 1 organic egg (yolk + white)
– 0.5 tsp of any mustard
– 1 tsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
– 1 clove of garlic, minced (if you like)
– 0.5 tsp salts
– fresh herbs (Just a little bit of your favorite ones)
– 150 – 200 ml of neutral flavor oil
Rinse the egg very well and add to the bowl of your food processor.
Slowly while processing add the oil, in tiny drops. Then if you like add some fresh chopped herbs and blend for few more seconds. Mayonnaise ready!
