Recipe: Juicy and soft vegetables-beef meatballs

Juicy and soft vegetables-beef meatballs.

Recipe ingredients for 4persons:

500 g of minced beef
¼ cabbage head
3 carrots
3 parsnips
0.5 leek
100g forest mushrooms
3 eggs
Salt, pepper, your favorite spices
3 tbsps olive oil


Bake sliced leek in hot frying pan with oil.

Add grated carrots, grated parsnips, shredded cabbage in the pan with the roasted leek. Mix it well and fry.

Add the chopped mushrooms, few spoons of water and cook for a couple of minutes.Remove from heat and let cool down completely

Mix chilled vegetables with minced beef, eggs, salt, pepper, spices. Form meatballs and bake in a pan or oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.

Serve with garden salad.
