Recipe: Steamed Chicken Breast & Vegetables

Recipe ingredients:

1 Chicken Breast Fillet

3 Carrots

0.5 Broccoli

Salt

Pepper

Curry Powder

Favorite Spices

Bell Pepper Powder

For the sauce:

1 Onion

200 ml Milk

20 g Butter

1 tsp. Peanut Butter

1 tbsp. Buckwheat Flour

Salt

Pepper

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

Prepare the sauce:

Fry the chopped onion in butter, add peanut butter, buckwheat flour, dijon mustard, pour in the milk and mix everything well. Boil until a sauce is creamy.

Prepare a dish:

Slice the chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, curry powder, favorite seasoning, sweet bell pepper powder. Chopped carrots and broccoli put in a steaming pot, season with salt and pepper, add chicken slices and steam for 15 minutes. Serve with sauce.
