Recipe: Stuffed mushrooms
– 800 g. large champignons ( cremini mushrooms)
– 500 g. minced pork
– 2 medium size onions, diced
-100 g smoked thinly cutted meat
– 3 large tomatoes
– 100 g. butter
-100 g. fresh cheese Phildelphia
– 200 g. grated cheese
– 100 g. cherries
– 3 Tbsp oil
– Salt Peppers
Prepare the stuffing for the mushrooms:
Remove the mushroom stems and corners of the caps, chop it. Heat the pan, add onions and fry until golden. Add minced meat and chopped champignons, bake for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Sprinkle with salt pepper, let it cool.
Prepare the meal:
Place a baking paper in a baking tray, put mushrooms.(head down)
Put a piece of smoked meat and a slice of butter on each mushroom’s head.
Apply top of mushrooms with stuffing ready before. Bake in oven 200C 15 min.
Takeout from the oven. Add teaspoon of fresh cheese, slice of tomato, grated cheese and decorate with cherry.
Put in the oven and bake until the cheese melts. Serve with oven baked potatoes and vegetables
